Vi consiglio di mangiare solo questo, come piatto unico!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 rotolo di pasta sfoglia&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;300g di salsiccia&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;400g di ricotta&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 uova&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;parmigiano&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;400g di mozzarella&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;un pizzico di sale&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Stendere la pasta sfoglia e rivestirne una teglia imburrata. Spellare la salsiccia e senza alcun condimento, solo 1/2 bicchiere di acqua metterla in una padella, lasciandola cuocere fino a quando l'aqua non sarà evaporata. In una terrina lavorare con una cucchiarella di legno la ricotta, uova,salsiccia, parmigiano e la mozzarella taglita a dadini. Amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti, versare il composto nella teglia livellando bene , comprire con il secondo rotolo steso di pasta sfoglia. Ricoprite con la pasta frolla una teglia foderata con carta da forno e bucherellate la superfice, infornate per 10 minuti . Preparate la crema, riscaldate il latte e aggiugerlo alle uova,zucchero e limone grattuuggiato precedentemete sbattuti con la frusta elettrica. Mescolate mettendo il latte poco alla volta, rimettete sul fuoco fino a quando non si addensa girando sempre nello stesso verso con un cucchiaio di legno. Sfornate la pasta frolla e versateci la crema livelando bene la superfice, infornate nuovamente per 25 minuti. La meringa si ottiene sbattendo a neve gli albumi con lo zucchero. Sfornate la crostata e fare sopra dei fiocchi di meringa rinfornate per 10 min la meringa deve diventare dorata. Fate raffreddare e servite. MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_HJ4jfGD-RUk/SBMJbgea9zI/AAAAAAAAAII/G_M1dEv6NA0/s320/farfalle+al+salmone.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; Un piatto semplice e veloce ma molto buono.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti per 4-5 persone:&lt;br /&gt;400g di pasta tipo farfalle&lt;br /&gt;200g di salmone affumicato&lt;br /&gt;2 cucchiai di panna da cucina&lt;br /&gt;mezza cipolla&lt;br /&gt;una noce di burro&lt;br /&gt;1 cucchiaio di olio&lt;br /&gt;sale e parmigiano q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;In una padella soffriggere  burro, olio e cipolla.&lt;br /&gt;Tritare il salmone come una crema, aggiungerlo in padella e farlo soffriggere per 2 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;Aggiungere la panna e far cuocere per altri 2 minuti, diventerà una crema rosa chiaro. Cuocere la pasta a parte scolarla versarla in padella e mescolare bene. Fare la crema Mettere in una pentola i tuorli dellle uova e lo zucchero e montare a neve fino ad ottenere una spuma. Aggiungere la farina. la buccia del limone e una punta di vaniglia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mettere il latte a scaldare e quando è sul punto di bollire versarlo sui tuorli montati, mescolare accuratamente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mettere nuovamente sul fuoco e girare con un cucchiaio di legno finchè la crema non si addensa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fare raffreddare la crema, aggiungere la panna montata mescolare poi disponete la crema sulla pasta frolla stenderla per bene e guarnire con le fragole. Mettere in forno per 40 minuti a 180 gradi. Soffriggere cipolla e olio in padella, unire la carnr macinata e la salsiccia a pezzettini, versare il vino bianco e poi aggiungere la polpa di pomodoro, il sale mrscola e cuoci per 30 minuti circa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fare la besciamella: scogliere il burro in un tegame, versare la farina e mescola. Unisci il latte freddo, mescola con una frusta, sala e cuoci per 10 minuti.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Friggi i zucchini, asciugale su carta assorbente, foderaci i bordi e il fondo dello stampo facendole debordare. Quando lo zucchero si è caramellato spargerlo per l'intera teglia (anche i bordi) con un cucchiaio. Una volta che il caramello si è raffreddato poggiarci le fette di pere. Preparare la pasta frolla: disponete sul tavolo la farina a fontana al centro ponete il burro, i tuorli, li zucchero, il sale la buccia grattugiata del lionr e il latte.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Impastare velocemente fino ad ottenere una pasta consistente ma non dura. Si lavora poi una seconda volta mettendoci le 2 uova rimaste,il latte,il burro e gli aromi della scorza di arancia e limone. Ora la pasta deve loevitare 3 ore. Dopo 3 ore, dalla pasta tagliare dei pezzi allungarli e riunirli a gruppi di tre formando delle trecce. Mettere le trecce su uns placca da forno imburrata lasiare lievitare fino a che raddoppiano il volume. Lasciarlo lievitare fino a quando l'impasto non sarà raddoppiato. Cuocere in forno già caldo a 180°C per circa 30minuti e comunque fino a che il dolce non avrà un color biscotto. Lasciare intiepidire e bagnare con lo sciroppo. Montare a neve gli albumi e lasciarli da parte. Montare la panna e mettere anche questa da parte. Montare tuorli e zucchero, quando e diventata una crema spumosa mettere il mascarpone e mescolare energicamente con la frusta o a mano poi inserie gli albumi montati precedentemente formando cosi una crema e in ultimo "mescolando sempre" la panna montata. Tagliare il pan di spagna orizzontalmente, bagnarlo in antrambi i lati di caffè, e spalmarci nel centro metà composto, chiudere il pan di spagna e spalmarci il resto della crema sopra e intorno . Spolverizzare di cacao amaro la torta mettendo come cornice dei pavesini. Far cuocere girandole spesso, a metà cottura aggiungere i gamberetti sgusciati e dopo qualche minuto aggiungere il vino bianco, far cuocere per circa 10 minuti. Nel frattempo cuocere la pasta, scolarla aldente e aggiungere il sughetto. Montare le uova con lo zucchero affinchè diventi spumoso. Mescolare la farina e fecola , poi unire, poco alla volta, alle uova amalgamando bene. Unire poi un pizzico di sale. Versare il composto in una tortiera con il bordo sganciabile inburrata e infarinata (oppure rivestita con carta forno) e infornare a 160° per circa 40 minuti. Formare il dolce e lasciarlo raffreddare. Intanto preparare la crema. Montare l'uovo con lo zucchero e la farina finché gli ingredienti sono bene amalgamati, facendo attenzione a non formare grumi. Intanto scaldare il latte con la vanillina. Quando è bollente, versarlo sul composto di uova. Rimettere sul fuoco e cuocere, mescolando, finché la crema si sia addensata. Lasciare raffreddare. Montare la panna ben soda e unirla alla crema già fredda (o al massimo tiepida). Unire poi l'ananas sciroppato tagliato a dadini.Per preparare la torta, tagliare in senso orizzontale una fetta sottile. Svuotare l'interno lasciando un bordo di un paio di cm. Mescolare il liquore al succo d'ananas e bagnare il pan di spagna.Riempire la torta con la crema, tenendone un po' da parte, e ricoprire con lo strato tagliato in precedenza.Usare la crema rimasta per ricoprire tutta la torta (sopra e intorno). Sbriciolare la parte tolta dell'interno della torta.
